Equipment Erectors specializes in design and construction management of mechanical process systems.
Design services include:

• Drawings for Permit Applications, Shop Fabrication, Field Installation
• Documentation for O&M Manuals, System training, parts lists, schedules
• Permit applications complete with Engineer of Record responsibilities.
• Existing system evaluations and upgrade recommendations
• Turnkey Design/Build of Baggage and Package Conveyor Systems.
• Technical support for sales and installation departments.
• We provide Airports with complete Design/Build Material Handling Systems. We develop plans, apply for permits on owner behalf, and close out our projects as necessary for occupancy.
• In house Professional Engineering for Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey and New York.
• Computer based installation drawings, calculations, shop fabrication drawings and project management.
• Coordinates the design and fabrication of control systems and related software.

 

 

 

Manufacturing

EEI’s primary manufacturing facilities are located at 15 Veronica Ave, Somerset, NJ. The 30,000 SF plant can in-house manufacture a wide variety of metal products, rollers, structural components and conveyor equipment.

• EEI fabricates a complete line of material handling equipment and related accessories.
• Chutes, slides, drives, rollers, pulleys, platforms, stairs, slider beds, bumpers, guards, and structural steel are all built in our shop.
• EEI equipment is built to be rugged, reliable, and economical, for industrial environments.
• We can assemble complete material handling systems from our standard components.
• Tooling installed at our plant includes welding, forming, and machining equipment
• EEI supports all customers with spare parts and replacement components
• Fabricates full line of UPS standard equipment.

• Since 1975 the firm has installed conveyor systems in over half the United States.
• Shop personnel are regularly sent to support field installations.
• All mechanical installation is performed by our own workforce.
• Electrical installation is performed by partner companies with conveyor system expertise.
